JoAnn Campbell, MS, LMHC, CCTP

JoAnn is Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides therapy to adults addressing issues such as anxiety, phobias, posttraumatic stress disorder, struggles with impact of abuse, depression, mood disorders, emotional overeating/binge eating,  relationship problems, adjusting to medical illness and caregiving. She uses a variety of evidenced based approaches such as  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment theory and Positive Psychology. She believes in the inherent wisdom that lies within each of us. As such, she views therapy as a collaborative partnership with each individual to work through the roadblocks to thriving in life. 

JoAnn completed her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at Central Washington University in 1994. She is a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) through the International Association of Trauma Professionals. She started in an inpatient and then partial hospital setting facilitating group treatment.  Over the last 20 years has worked as a licensed counselor in mental health and healthcare settings.
